DJ B-Bad, an Edmonton native who honed his skills in Toronto, has been influential in Hip-Hop since starting as a b-boy in 1999. His passion for beats led him to transition to DJing by 2010, crafting soundscapes for dance battles and cyphers with a blend of Hip-Hop, R&B, Funk, Breaks, and Soul.

Since 2007, DJ B-Bad has worked with Unity Charity to inspire youth through Hip-Hop, fostering self-expression and community. Through Blueprint For Life, he’s engaged with remote and Indigenous youth, bridging cultures through music.

A member of Maximum Efficiency Crew and Wintor Massiv, and founder of the 2U4U collective, DJ B-Bad has performed at major events like Redbull BC One, Freestyle Session, and The Notorious I.B.E. His event organizing since 2008 has bolstered the urban dance scene, with each set staying true to street dance’s roots while uplifting the community.
